[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR
STAY OF EXECUTION OF THE JUDGMENT AWARDING
ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS PENDING APPEAL
WHEREAS Plaintiffs having moved for an order staying the
execution of that portion of this Court’s September 30, 2012 judgment
(“Judgment”) awarding Defendants attorneys’ fees and costs pending appeal,
it is hereby
ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ motion is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that execution of that portion of the Judgment awarding
Defendants attorneys’ fees and costs is hereby stayed pending appeal; and it
is further
ORDERED that in lieu of a bond, Plaintiffs shall deposit in the
Commercial Registry of the Northern District of Georgia the amount of
$3,271,275; and it is further
ORDERED that stay of execution of that portion of the Judgment
awarding Defendants attorneys’ fees and costs pending appeal is conditioned
on Plaintiffs depositing $3,271,275 in the Commercial Registry of the
Northern District of Georgia within two business days of the entry of this
order.
