THIS MATTER coming before the Court on Defendants’ motion to extend
time to answer the Amended Complaint in the above styed case, the Court being
advised of the premises and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
THAT:
The motion is GRANTED. In the event the Court denies Defendants’
Motion to Stay Proceedings, they shall have 14 days from the date of the denial to
answer the complaint. In the event the Court grants the motion to stay, the time for
Defendants’ answer will be dictated by subsequent scheduling order of Court.
