PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR
SUMMARY JUDGMENT
COMES NOW the Defendant LAWRITER, LLC d/b/a Casemaker
(“Defendant”) by and through its undersigned counsel and with the express consent
of Plaintiff FASTCASE, INC. (“Plaintiff”) and hereby moves pursuant to Fed. R.
Civ. P. 6 and 7(b) for an Order granting Defendant a seven (7) day extension of
time to respond to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment in the matter abovecaptioned. The grounds for this motion are as follows:
The deadline for Defendant to respond is tomorrow, June 2, 2016. The basis
for this request is that defense counsel has had unexpected professional and
personal issues of an urgent nature and is asking for this limited extension of seven
(7) days.
