The Court has considered the motion and all documents filed therewith. Having considered the foregoing, the Court hereby: GRANTS Defendants’ motion; and thereby STAYS all deadlines in this action pending resolution of all appellate proceedings regarding the nationwide injunction entered in Washington v. Washington v. Trump, Case No. 2:17-cv-141-JLR (W.D. Wash.), ECF Nos. 52-53; and therefore ORDERS the parties to submit, within two business days of the final disposition of all appellate proceedings regarding the above-described injunction, a joint status report proposing the schedule for any further proceedings in this matter.
