[PROPOSED] ORDER
This matter came before the Court on Defendants’ Emergency Motion to
Stay All Deadlines Pending Resolution of Appellate Proceedings Regarding
Nationwide Injunction. The Court has considered the motion and all documents
filed therewith. Having considered the foregoing, the Court hereby:
GRANTS Defendants’ motion; and thereby
STAYS all deadlines in this action pending resolution of all appellate
proceedings regarding the nationwide injunction entered in Washington v.
Washington v. Trump, Case No. 2:17-cv-141-JLR (W.D. Wash.), ECF Nos. 52-53;
and therefore
ORDERS the parties to submit, within two business days of the final
disposition of all appellate proceedings regarding the above-described injunction, a
joint status report proposing the schedule for any further proceedings in this matter.
