[PROPOSED] SCHEDULING ORDER REGARDING PLAINTIFFS’
FORTHCOMING MOTION TO CONVERT TEMPORARY
RESTRAINING ORDER TO A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
Upon consideration of the parties’ Joint Motion for Entry of Proposed
Briefing Schedule Order for Plaintiffs’ Forthcoming Motion to Convert Temporary
Restraining Order to a Preliminary Injunction, the files and records herein, and
good cause appearing therefor;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall submit briefs upon
Plaintiffs’ anticipated motion in accordance with the following schedule:

1. Plaintiffs shall file their Motion to Convert Temporary Restraining Order to
a Preliminary Injunction (the “Motion”) by 11:59 P.M. Hawaii Standard
Time (H.S.T.) on Monday, March 20, 2017;
2. Defendants shall file their Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion, if any, by 11:59
P.M. H.S.T. on Thursday, March 23, 2017;
3. Plaintiffs shall file their Reply, if any, by 11:59 P.M. H.S.T. on Friday,
March 24, 2017.
4. The Court hereby sets a hearing on Plaintiffs’ forthcoming Motion for
_______ A.M. on the morning of Monday, March 27, 2017. Counsel shall
provide telephone numbers to the Court’s staff for purposes of attending the
hearing electronically.
5. The Court’s Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”) of March 15, 2017, Dkt.
219, is extended and shall remain in place until such time as this Court has
had an opportunity to rule on whether the TRO should be converted to a
preliminary injunction or otherwise extended.
