PARTIALLY LIFT STAY
Upon consideration of STATE OF HAWAII’s Motion to Partially Lift Stay,
the files and records herein, and good cause appearing therefor;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. The STATE
OF HAWAI‘I may file a First Amended Complaint and the Declaration of Clyde J.
Wadsworth Regarding Exhibit C to Declaration of Douglas S. Chin in Support of
Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. The Court’s Order of
February 7, 2017 (Dkt. No. 27) otherwise remains in place.
