8/8/2020 at Kaneohe District Park of ballot collections between 9 pm and 9:30. Plaintiff notes
that representative stated he had serviced 3 other ballot collection boxes. Plaintiff notes
collection box has a plastic bin with ballots and a lid when box is opened.
Plaintiff believes that Current STATE of HAWAII HRS as revised 2019 Title 2 ELECTIONS does not

conform with CISA Election Infastructure Security reccommendations.
Plaintiff believes Hawaii Title 2 Elections does not conform to HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT
