DEFAULT JUDGMENT ORDER This matter coming to be heard on the motion of plaintiffs Laborers' Pension Fund and Laborers' Welfare Fund of the Health and Welfare Department of the Construction and General Laborers' District Council of Chicago and Vicinity (the "Laborers' Funds") for entry of a judgment. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. That the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment against the defendant Will County
Recycling, Inc., in the total amount of $6,410.76, which consists of the following: a) The amount of $2,616.99, in principal contributions for the period from November 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008, as shown in the audit report; b) c) d) e) 2. Liquidated damages in the amount of $504.43; Interest in the amount of $111.37; Attorneys' fees and costs in the total amount of $2,110.00, and; Audit fees totaling $1,067.97. Will County Recycling, Inc., through its president, Robert Pruim, is ordered to
comply with its obligations to the plaintiffs, under the applicable collective bargaining agreement and Trust Agreements, to file monthly reports accurately reflecting the work performed within the jurisdiction of the labor agreement, including reports for the period of September 1, 2008 through the date of this order, and to remit any corresponding contributions to the plaintiffs Funds within 30 days of service of this order. For reports due subsequent to the date of this order, Will County
Recycling, Inc. is ordered to file the report and pay any corresponding contributions by the 10th day of the month following the month in which the work is performed. 3. Will County Recycling, Inc., through its president, Robert Pruim, is ordered to obtain
and maintain a surety bond pursuant to the parties' Joint Agreement Article IX, Paragraph 1 in the amount of $5,000.00 and shall within 30 days of service of this order provide proof of such bond to plaintiffs' counsel, Josiah A. Groff, 230 West Monroe Street, Suite 2600, Chicago, Illinois 60606.
