ORDER REINSTATE AND CONFESS JUDGMENT This matter having come to be heard on the Motion of Plaintiffs Laborers' Pension Fund and Laborers' Welfare Fund of the Health and Welfare Department of the Construction and General Laborers' District Council of Chicago and Vicinity and James S. Jorgensen, Administrator of the Funds (hereinafter collectively the "Funds") to Reinstate and Confess Judgment, due notice having been given, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. 2. That this matter is reinstated. That Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiffs and against Defendants
Central Suburban Contracting & Maintenance, Inc., Dennis Volpe and Gregory D. Reed in the amount of $19,172.00 representing $18,669.50 due on the defaulted Installment Note and $502.50 in attorneys' fees and costs incurred by the Funds in bringing this Motion. 3. That Defendants are ordered to pay post-judgment interest on the judgment from
