U p o n consideration of the Motion from Pride of San Juan, Inc., et al. (collectively, the "Pride
of San Juan Plaintiffs") to Enter Judgment (Doc. #210), and the Court's prior order of February 2,
2010 (D.E. #173 ), the Court hereby finds good cause to enter the following judgments: IT IS HER EBY OR DERED , as follows:

Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Pride of San Juan, Inc. and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $59,014.13, plus interest at the 5% rate under applicable state law from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of $0.00. 2. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Classic Salads, LLC and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $37,354.00, plus interest at the contract
rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of _______________. 3. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Dayoub Marketing, Inc. and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $17,864.66, plus interest at the contract rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of _______________. 4. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Ruby Robinson, inc. and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $1,844.00, plus interest at the contract rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of _______________. 5. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Natural Forest, Inc. and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $9,440.30, plus interest at the contract rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of _______________. 6. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Fru-Veg Marketing, Inc. and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $12,007.80, plus interest at the 5% rate under applicable state law from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of $0.00. 7. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of The Kinoko Company and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $6,529.00, plus interest at the contract rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of _______________. 2

Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Lakeside Produce, Inc. and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $15,753.00, plus interest at the 5% rate under applicable state law from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of $0.00. 9. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of The Mandolini Company and against
the defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $883.50, plus interest at the contract rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of _______________. 10. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Seashore West, Inc. and against the
defendant S&M Produce, Inc., in the principal amount of $4,262.25, plus interest at the 5% rate under applicable state law from the date of each invoice forward, plus allowed collection costs and fees in the further amount of $0.00.
