TWENTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWO DOLLARS AND
SEVENTY FIVE CENTS).
I have reviewed the Agreed Judgment Order and consent to
its entry. I have been advised by my own separate legal connsel regarding this Consent to
Judgment and have been offered no promises or inducements to execute this Consent To Judgment.
