AGREED JUDGMENT ORDER This matter came before the Court on the motion of Administrative District Council 1 of Illinois of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, AFL-CIO, Defendant Larry Scaletta agreed to the motion, the Court is fully informed, and it appears there is good cause to grant the motion and enter this order. THEREFORE, judgment is entered in favor of Administrative District Council 1 of Illinois of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, AFL-CIO, and against Larry Scaletta in the amount of $24,544.02, plus interest at the rate of 10% a year on $17,515.60 from October 16, 2009, through the date of payment, with interest at the statutory rate on the remaining amount of the judgment. The Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this order. S O ORDERED.
