JUDGMENT ORDER
Based upon the Order of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit dated
June 25, 2012 and its mandate dated August 15, 2012, IT IS HEREBY ORDERD THAT
JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of the plaintiff, Leroy G. Inskeep, not individually but as
Trustee for Griffin Trading, and against each of the defendants, Roger S. Griffin and Farrel J.
Griffin, jointly and severally, in the amount of $2,985,074.63 plus prejudgment interest of
$3,851,675.51 and costs of $13,251.41, for a total of $6,850,001.55, with post-judgment interest
running from the date of this Judgment Order at the rate established by 28 U.S.C. §1961.
