AGREED JUDGMENT ORDER
This matter coming to be heard on the motion of Plaintiff Michael K. Desmond, not
individually but solely in his capacity as Chapter 7 Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Moo &
Oink, Inc., for entry of an Agreed Judgment Against Chicago Boxed Beef Distributors, Inc., the
parties being in agreement and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED:
Pursuant to a Settlement Agreement between the parties, judgment is hereby entered in
favor of Michael K. Desmond, not individually but solely in his capacity as Chapter 7 Trustee of
the bankruptcy estate of Moo & Oink, Inc., and against Chicago Boxed Beef Distributors, Inc., in
the amount of $107,500.00.
