APPLICATION INFORMATION
On July 28, 2011, the Court ordered Plaintiff to furnish a copy of its copyright
application for the Work in this action, “FTV – Tiffany”. A true and correct copy of the
copyright application is attached as Exhibit A to this filing. The Court also ordered Plaintiff to
provide information regarding the Work’s first date of publication. The date of first publication
is listed in the attached copyright application. A description of the work can be found at
http://ftvgirls.com/mod2011/tiffany.html. Plaintiff’s counsel warns that this link leads to a site
containing content that is not suitable for a workplace environment or for viewing by individuals
under the age of 18.
