CIVIL FILE NO. 09-1750 ADM/JSM
RENEWAL OF ORDER APPOINTING
RECEIVER
Before this Court is the Application [Docket No. 175] of Ronald R. Peterson, Receiver of
the assets of Defendants Gregory Bell and Lancelot Investment Management, LLC, and Relief
Defendants Inna Goldman, the Inna Goldman Revocable Trust, and the Gregory Bell Revocable
Trust that were frozen pursuant to this Court’s Orders of July 24, 2009 (hereinafter the “Receiver”).
The Application requests a new Order (the “Renewed Order”) appointing Ronald R. Peterson
Receiver of the assets of Defendants Gregory Bell and Lancelot Investment Management, LLC and
Relief Defendants Inna Goldman, the Inna Goldman Revocable Trust and the Gregory Bell
Revocable Trust (the “Receivership Defendants”). Based on the Application, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED:
CASE 0:09-cv-01750-ADM-JSM Document 176 Filed 08/24/11 Page 2 of 2
1.
The Receiver’s Application [Docket No. 175] for a Renewed Order appointing the
Receiver is GRANTED.
2.
Until further Order of this Court, Ronald R. Peterson is appointed to serve without
bond as receiver for the Receivership Defendants’ assets, and continues without interruption to
possess the powers, rights and duties that were granted to him and described in this Court’s Order
of November 12, 2010 [Docket No. 165] (the “Receivership Order”).
3.
The Renewed Order does not expand, reduce, or alter in any way the powers, duties
and rights granted to the Receiver by the Receivership Order. The Receiver’s powers and duties
continue under the Receivership Order, and the Renewed Order merely confirms, restates and
incorporates all of the original contents of the original Receivership Order.
4.
The Renewed Order is issued solely for the purpose described in the Application.
