AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT
This case came before the Court for a final adjudication, the full names of the parties
being as follows:

Plaintiff TGI Systems Corporation and Defendants Jens Giessler and

Neumann & Müller GmbH & Co., KG.

All parties appeared, waived trial by jury, and

announced that all matters in controversy had been settled. The parties requested from the Court
a judgment that the Plaintiff take nothing and that all court costs be taxed against the parties
incurring same.
It is ADJUDGED that, per the settlement announced by the parties, Plaintiff take nothing
by reason of this suit and Plaintiff’s claims and/or causes of action against the Defendants are
hereby dismissed with prejudice to refiling and that all costs of court be taxed against the parties
incurring same, and that all attorneys’ fees and expenses are the responsibility of the party
incurring same.
It is further ADJUDGED that the parties are denied all relief not expressly granted by this
judgment, whether the relief was requested or whether it could have been requested in this case.
This is a FINAL JUDGMENT disposing of all claims and all parties.
