Cox ) ) ) ) ) Jury Trial Demanded ) JUDGMENT ORDER This matter coming before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment, the Court being fully advised and finding that the Defendants were properly served, it is hereby Ordered as follows: 1. Judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff Steven F. Wolff and against the Defendants Seedays (Illinois) LLC and Dmitry Isaev in the amount of $92,241.74. (which represents $70,647.49 under Counts I and II of the Complaint and $21,594.24 allocated for attorneys’ fees and costs) and includes the following remedies: a. An Award for Plaintiff’s owed IWPCA Agreement in the amount of $41,665.00. b. An Award for IWPCA 2% monthly penalties in the amount of $19,165.86. c. An Award of Liquidated Damages equal to the Plaintiff’s owed overtime wages in accord with the FLSA in the amount of $3,987.00. d. An Award of Pre-Judgment Interest in the amount of $5,829.63 2.
