ORDER
This m&er having come to be heard on the Motion of Plaintiffs, THE

CONSTRUCTI~N INDUSTRY WELFARE FUND OF ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS and THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY RETIRMENT FUND OF ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiffs" or the "Funds"), for Motion for Entry of Judgment, due. notice having been given, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. That a Judgment in the amount of Seventy Six Thousand Seven Hundred

Thirty Seven "Dollars and seventy five cents ($76,737.75) is entered against MACDONALD

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. this includes $71,437.78 pursuant

to an audit for the time period of January I , 2006 through March 31, 2008 plus audit costs, $1,149.?6 in unpaid liquidated damages for August 2007 through November

2007 contributidns that were not paid on time, $90.84 in underpayment of contributions
for September 2007 through November 2007 and $4,059.37 in legal fees and costs;

2.

That MACDONALD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. is ordered to

remain current in the payment of their contributions;

3.

That MACDONALD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. is liable for all

additional legal fees and costs incurred in having to collect on this Judgment.
