The Court has reviewed the complaint 1 and determined that this case falls within the Depakote mass action, Lead Case 12-CV-52. The Court addressed the consolidation of th e mass action and any tag along cases in the original September 20, 2016 Order (Case. No. 12-CV-52, Doc. 560).
