ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER This matter having come before the Court on the Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's Motion for Protective Order, and the Court having been duly advised in the premises, finds the Motion should be, and hereby is, GRANTED; IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs' discovery shall be limited to non-privileged matters directly relating to the registration and use of the Trademarks in question as outlined in the parties' pleadings; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant is not required to respond to the discovery requests identified in Exhibit A to its Motion for Protective Order.
