ORDER ENTERING THE STIPULATION TO FILE AN AMENDED ANSWER Plaintiff Nerds On Call, Inc. ("Nerds/Indiana") and Defendants Nerds on Call, Inc. and Ryan Eldridge (cumulatively "Nerds/California"), by their respective attorneys, have filed a stipulation under Rule 15(a)(2) permitting Nerds/Indiana to file an Amended Answer. The Court has read the Parties' stipulation and now, being duly advised in this matter, now finds that the same should be entered as an Order of this Court. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Amended Answer attached to the Parties' stipulation is hereby entered effective on the date of entry of this Order.
