ORDER ON DEFENDANT'S GOOGLE, INC.'S MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS PENDING INTER PARTES REEXAMINATION OF THE PATENTS-IN-SUIT This case, having come before the Court upon the Motion of Defendant Google, Inc. to stay the proceedings in this case pending inter partes reexamination of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,680,256 and 7,440,565, and this Court having considered the motion and all other relevant factors, finds that Google's motion is should be GRANTED. IT IS ORDERED that this action is STAYED until after the conclusion of the inter partes reexamination of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,680,256 and 7,440,565.
