ORDER
This cause is before the court on joint motion by plaintiff and defendant
by counsel who request that the Deadline for Discovery be extended by sixty
(60) days to December 26, 2011- to permit the taking of depositions of
witnesses for the trial of this case.
The Court, being duly advised, now GRANTS the parties' joint motion.
Accordingly, the Deadline for Discovery shall be and hereby is extended
by sixty (60) days to December 26, 2011.
