ORDER Plaintiff, Laura J. Lambert, and Defendant, Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library, have filed their Stipulation of Dismissal seeking dismissal of Count Two of Plaintiff's Complaint Title VII Gender Discrimination with prejudice. The Court has examined the Stipulation, been duly advised in the premises, and now finds that the Stipulation should be APPROVED. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Count Two of Plaintiff's Complaint Title VII Gender Discrimination is dismissed with prejudice. Each party shall bear its own costs with respect to this Count. So ORDERED this ___day of ____________, 2011.
