I, Cori R. Stirling, having been first duly sworn upon oath, do depose and state the
following:

I have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.

I am an associate with the law firm
of Dinsmore
and Shohl LLP, Suite 1900, 255
East Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
3.
I am a member
of good
standing
of the
bar
of the State of Ohio,
having been
admitted in 2006 and currently practicing in that jurisdiction.
4.
I have been entitled to practice in the State
of Ohio
continuously
from the date I
first became entitled to practice there and until the date hereof. I have never been disbarred,
suspended,
reprimanded,
censored, or otherwise disciplined or disqualified
as an attorney.
I have
never been charged with any complaints concerning my conduct as an attorney.

Should I be admitted in this matter pro hac vice, I will comply with all federal and
local rules and subject to the jurisdiction
of the Kentucky Supreme Court.
