Claims in this action against dfts Rector, Scott Gordon, Phillip Andrews, Christopher Goode, Julie Thomas, and Landon Leishner shall be TERMINATED as dfts in this action. 8) Clai ms against KDOC Commissioner Rodney Ballard and NTC Warden Don Bottom are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 9) Claims against Northpoint Training Center officers Jordan Ratliff, Stephen Boles, Chris Toelke, Webble, Phillips, Miller, Barnett, Chad Shearer, Ba rry Taylor, Shawn Goode, Michael Christian, Michael Long, Bowen, Mudd, Jonathan Beasley, Ronnie Haynes, and Merle Back are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 10) Dismissal of this action counts as a "strike" for purposes of 28 USC 1915(g). 11) Court will enter judgment. 12) Matter is STRICKEN from the active docket.
