notice that all Plaintiffs in all of the cases transferred to this MDL Court in this matter dismiss
their complaints against only Defendant AT&T Mobility, LLC, without prejudice. A list of the
cases in which AT&T Mobility, LLC is being dismissed without prejudice is attached as Exhibit
A. Voluntary dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) is appropriate at this time because
Defendant AT&T Mobility, LLC has not yet filed either an answer or motion for summary
judgment.
