Bernard Franklin, who does respectfully represent:

That he desires to withdraw as counsel of record from this litigation and that The
Penton Law Firm will continue their representation of Plaintiff-Franklin.
II.
That Plaintiff-Franklin will not be prejudiced in his withdrawal from this
litigation, nor will it unduly delay these proceedings.

That he further requests that his name be removed from all mailing lists with the
