CONSENT MOTION ON BRIEFING IN SUPPORT OF MOTIONS TO COMPEL ARBITRATION OF AT&T MOBILITY LLC Defendant AT&T Mobility LLC ("ATTM") respectfully moves this Court for an order granting ATTM leave to file a single memorandum not to exceed 80 pages in support of its motions to compel arbitration. Pursuant to Pretrial Order #9, ATTM's motions to compel arbitration are due on August 10, 2010. ATTM makes this request, and plaintiffs have stated they have no objection.
