CONSENT MOTION ON BRIEFING IN SUPPORT OF MOTIONS TO COMPEL ARBITRATION OF AT&T MOBILITY LLC Defendant AT&T Mobility LLC ("ATTM") respectfully moves this Court for an order granting ATTM leave to file a single memorandum not to exceed 80 pages in support of its motions to compel arbitration. Pursuant to Pretrial Order #9, ATTM's motions to compel arbitration are due on August 10, 2010. ATTM makes this request, and plaintiffs have stated they have no objection. Wherefore, ATTM respectfully requests that the Court entered the attached [Proposed] Order granting ATTM leave to file a single memorandum not to exceed 80 pages in support of its motions to compel arbitration.
