BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally came and appeared:

who, after being duly sworn, did state as follows:
I, Carl D. Rosenblum, a partner with the firm of Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent,
Carrère & Denègre, L.L.P., and counsel for Plaintiffs., in Civil Action No. 10-1663 in the United
States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, do hereby swear that the costs set forth
in Plaintiffs’ Bill of Costs are correct and accurate and were necessarily incurred in prosecuting
this action and, specifically, in obtaining a Judgment in Plaintiffs’ favor.
