SECTION _______ MAGISTRATE MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE In accordance with Local Rule 83.2.6, governing Visiting Attorneys of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, the undersigned, Andre P. Laplace, counsel of record for Plaintiff John Doe XX and a member of the Bar of the State of Louisiana in good standing and of this court, respectfully requests this Court permit Felecia Yvonne Peavy to appear and participate pro hac vice as trial counsel on behalf of Plaintiff John Doe XX. 1. Ms. Peavy is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the state of Texas. Ms. Peavy’s practice is located at 2 Houston Center, 909 Fannin, Ste. 1910, Houston, Texas 77010. Ms. Peavy is a member in good standing with the Bar of the State of Texas. 1 2. Pursuant to Local Rule 83.2.6, the Affidavit of Felecia Yvonne Peavy is attached hereto in support of this motion as Exhibit “A.” The Affidavit states that Felecia Yvonne Peavy is a member in good standing with the Texas Bar and is admitted to practice before the State of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts of the Southern District of Texas and the Western District of Texas. 3. Also, pursuant to Local Rule 83.2.6, a Certificate of Good Standing from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas is attached to Ms. Peavy’s Affidavit verifying that Felecia Yvonne Peavy is admitted to practice in that Court and in good standing therein. WHEREFORE, Andre P. Laplace, counsel of record for Plaintiff John Doe XX in this case and a member of the Bar in good standing, prays that this court enter an Order permitting Felecia Yvonne Peavy to appear pro hac vice as trial counsel on behalf of Plaintiff John Doe XX in the above-captioned matter.
