HEARING SUMMARY AND ORDER: Counsel for Mr. Sansing is ordered to supplement the subpoena to Mr. Sansing, which supplement must state that the documents referenced in the disputed subpoena response reflect the same Bates numbers as were previously pro duced in the state court litigation; granting 362 Sealed Motion to Submit Documents Under Seal, but Mr. Sansing is ordered to reproduce the documents attached to that motion and provide them to counsel for Cleco and the City of Alexandria; granting in part 351 Motion to Compel, the City is ordered to supplement its response to state with particularity its fraud allegations by Wednesday 2/17/2010, and the City is further ordered to file with the Court a copy of its supplemental responses on t he same date. The City is ordered to supplement its responses to discovery to include email correspondence by Monday, 2/22/2010, and such production will be limited to email communications which relate in any way to this litigation. The City is order ed to provide counsel for Cleco with a privilege log referencing any documents which the City claims should be protected by the attorney-client privilege or work product doctrines; denying as moot 359 Motion to Quash.
