PHELPS-DAVIS; and WESTBORO BAPTIST CHURCH, INC. Defendants ORDER In consideration of Plaintiff's Motion in Limine to preclude a "First Amendment Defense," said Motion is hereby granted, and Defendants shall be precluded from presenting evidence, eliciting testimony or arguing that their actions were allowed, justified, or otherwise excused under the law or the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
