Defendants ORDER In consideration of Plaintiff's Motion in Limine to prevent Westboro Baptist Church, Inc., from changing its corporate designee, said motion is hereby granted, and Westboro Baptist Church, Inc., is hereby precluded from designating anyone other than Timothy B. Phelps as its designee at the trial of this matter.
