Defendants MOTION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE OF COUNSEL To the Honorable Judge of said Court: Pursuant to L.R. 101.2.a., the undersigned counsel hereby moves this Honorable Court to withdraw Rees Griffiths as counsel for Plaintiff, and in support thereof states as follows: 1. On June 5, 2006, Paul W. Minnich, a member in good standing of this Court and a

partner in Barley Snyder LLC filed a motion for admission of Rees Griffiths pro hac vice as counsel for plaintiff, Albert Snyder, which motion was granted on June 7, 2006. 2. Since that admission, Mr. Griffiths resigned from the firm of Barley Snyder LLC

and has ceased his involvement in this matter. Mr. Snyder continues to be represented by cocounsel, Paul W. Minnich and Sean E. Summers of Barley Snyder LLC, and Craig T. Trebilcock of Shumaker Williams P.C. 3. the motion. The undersigned has discussed this withdrawal with Mr. Griffiths, and he joins in
