PHELPS-DAVIS, and WESTBORO BAPTIST CHURCH, INC. Defendants ORDER In consideration of the Bill of Costs submitted by Plaintiff, Albert Snyder, the Affidavit in Support of the Bill of Costs and the Memorandum in Support of Taxation of Costs, costs in the amount of $10,170.33 are hereby awarded to Plaintiff to be taxed against Defendants, Fred W. Phelps, Sr., Shirley L. Phelps-Roper, Rebekah A. Phelps-Davis, and Westboro Baptist Church, Inc.. The Clerk is hereby directed to tax these costs and include them in the judgment entered.
