EEOC's Response brief is presently required to be filed by September 24, 2010. EEOC requests that the date be extended to October 1, 2010. EEOC requests this brief extension of time to file due to conflicting professional obligations of counsel. Prior to filing the present Motion, the undersigned contacted counsel for Defendant, who gave his client's consent to the Motion.
