P 6(b) and Rule 105(9) of the Local Rules of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Defendant Freeman hereby moves for a four-day extension of the time in which to file its Reply Brief in Support of its Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. The Reply Brief is currently due on Monday, October 18, 2010. Freeman seeks leave to file Reply Brief on Friday, October 22, 2010. Freeman requests this extension of time due to conflicting professional obligations of counsel. Plaintiff EEOC has agreed to the extension proposed by this Motion.
