Today, October 17, 2017, the District Court for the District of Hawai‘i issued a
nationwide Temporary Restraining Order enjoining Sections 2(a), (b), (c), (e), (g), and (h) of
EO-3. See Hawai‘i v. Trump, No. 17-00050, Dkt. No. 387 (attached as Exhibit A). The court
provided that it will set an expedited hearing to determine whether to extend the Temporary
Restraining Order and directed the parties to submit a proposed schedule. Id. at 39.
