DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO REPLY TO AMGEN INC.'S POST-HEARING MEMORANDUM Defendants F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, Roche Diagnostics GmbH, and Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. (collectively "Roche") respectfully submit this Motion for Leave to File a Reply to Amgen Inc.'s Post-Hearing Memorandum in Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction that was filed with the Court on July 13, 2006 (Docket No. 101). In support of this motion, Roche attaches its proposed reply hereto and states that Amgen's opposition raises new issues arising from the decision of the ITC and its bearing on this proceeding. Roche wishes to respond to these new issues and feels that this concise additional briefing will be to the benefit of the Court.
