The ITC identified Roche Holdings Ltd., F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Ltd., Roche Diagnostics GmbH and Hoffmann La Roche, Inc. as respondents in the investigation. A copy of the Commission's press release announcing its decision is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
