I am over 18 years of age and an associate at the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP, which represent the Plaintiffs in this matter, ConnectU, Inc., Cameron Winklevoss, Tyler Winklevoss and Divya Narendra. 2. Attached hereto as Exhibit 1 is a true and correct copy of a letter from Theresa Sutton to Rick Werder dated November 13, 2007 that was received on November 14, 2007, the same day as Facebook Defendants filed their Motion to Compel Response to Interrogatory No. 1. The letter encloses a "late-January 2004" version of www.thefacebook.com source code.
