Michael L. Schrag, upon oath, deposes and says as follows:
1.

I am a partner in the law firm Meade & Schrag LLP, 1816 Fifth Street, Berkeley,

California 94710. I submit this Affidavit in support of Arthur J. Guray’s Motion to Admit Tyler
R. Meade and Michael L. Schrag Pro Hac Vice on Behalf of Cameron Winklevoss, Tyler
Winklevoss, and Divya Narendra.
2.

I graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of

Law in 1996. I was admitted to the bar of the State of California in 1996. I was admitted to the
United States District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California in
1997.
3.

I am a member in good standing in all jurisdictions where I have been admitted to

practice. There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against me in any jurisdiction. I have
reviewed and am familiar with the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District
of Massachusetts.
