Having considered the Assented-To Motion For Leave to File Certain Documents Under
Seal, in support of Facebook Defendants’ Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Access to
Pleadings and Discovery Files, this Court orders as follows:
Defendants’ Motion To Seal is hereby GRANTED. The Clerk is directed to seal from
the public record the unredacted version of the Facebook Defendants’ Opposition to Plaintiffs’
Motion for Access to Pleadings and Discovery Files, as well as the under seal copy of Exhibit 10
to the Declaration of Monte M.F. Cooper in support thereof.
