Rizzo, a Deputy Sheriff of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, served a complaint and summons in person upon Defendants Thomas Dunlap and Nicholas Kurtz, and upon the registered agents of Defendants Dunlap, Grubb & Weaver, PLLC and US Copyright Group, at their shared place of business, 199 Liberty Street SW, Leesburg, Virginia 20175, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c). See Exhibit 1. Service of a complaint and summons upon Defendant GuardaLey, Limited was initiated by the United States Marshals Service on March 15, 2011 in conformity with Dockets.Justia.com article 5 of the Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents, pursuant to Fed.
