BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF THEIR MOTION TO DISMISS FOR
PLAINTIFF’S FAILURE TO APPEAR AT DEPOSITION
Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(b)(3) , defendants DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc.,
DreamWorks Animation LLC, and Paramount Pictures Corporation hereby move for leave to file
the attached proposed reply brief in support of their Motion to Dismiss for Plaintiff’s Failure to
Appear at Deposition. As grounds for this motion, defendants state that the reply brief is
necessary to address the arguments raised by plaintiff Jayme Gordon in his opposition, and that
the reply brief is confined to that subject matter and does not attach any new affidavit or
evidence.
The undersigned has conferred with Mr. Gordon’s counsel on November 14, 2011, and
said counsel has assented to the filing of this motion.
