Subject: Eight Mile v Apple and Aftermath Please be advised that Defendants intend to call Steven Marks, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the RIAA, to testify regarding the 2001 RIAA-HarryFox Agency-NMPA Agreement. If Plaintiffs would like to depose Mr. Marks, please contact us so we can start working on those arrangements.
