ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR JOINDER TO ADD PARTY DEFENDANTS AND DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's "Motion for Joinder to Add Party Defendants Pursuant to Fed. Rule of Civ. Proc. § 21" (Doc. No. 131), and Defendant Navigation Catalyst Systems, Inc.'s Motion for Protective Order (Doc. No. 135). For the reasons stated on the record at a hearing held on January 13, 2011, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's motion and DENIES Defendant's motion. Plaintiff shall filed its amended complaint on or before January 20, 2011.
